Working on a Rastafari Cooking Book called Rise Up Zion. This book will feature recipes (RAScipes)
collected from INI online Rastafari Bredrin and Sistren and will also contain kitchen tips, bits an pieces of info regarding
the Rastafari People, the Livity, the Covenant, and of course all done in an Ital fashion.
Following this a Loc Maintenance Book will also be published. This book will feature more
of the herbal/tonic roots recipes which Rastafari use to take care of their covenant, which is of utmost significance.
Too many Idren where having too many qwestions on how to PROPERLY care for their crown and Knatty do have a specific and appropriate
way to be cared for. In addition to shampoos, soaps, and herbal teas, tonics, and rinses, how Rastafari woman can wrap their

Ahh an lastly as if I woman dont got enuff to do, I have been taking an interest helping a
next brother to push his band up a next level, arranging gigs, and helping promote. I am allso promoting I King Donovan, Ras
Lion, so yes I hands is full, thankfully.
Next month I am to undergo a major surgery. More on that when I get a date for
